Fire Truck Day

A small group of adoption families gathered recently in Evansville. One of the Dads is a volunteer fireman and each year he talks about fires and brings a truck to the meeting. He does a great job explaining to the little kids what to do in case of a fire.

He asks them questions and shows them the guts of the fire trucks.

They can get inside if they want.

Each kid gets to open the water hose.

I think they emptied the truck of all the water! The kids run like crazy in the "big sprinkler"

"My cold mommy"

But not too cold for a pop sickle!

Just some of the kids.

Waving goodbye to the fire truck.
Thank you fireman Dale!
